The LendingNinja text message program provides recurring B2B marketing and professional opportunity messages from DataNinja Marketing Corp about real estate and finance industry opportunities. Messages may include professional opportunities, talent searches, team or company moves, platform information, and invitations to strategic conversations.

Voluntary consent

Participation is optional. Consent is not a condition of purchase, form submission, or receiving a non SMS response. You enroll only by affirmatively checking the optional text message box and providing a valid mobile number. A LinkedIn connection, email reply, imported contact, directory listing, or publicly available phone number is not enrollment in this program.

Message frequency and charges

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile plan. DataNinja Marketing Corp does not charge a separate fee for the program.

Opt out and help

Reply STOP to opt out at any time. After an opt out request, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply HELP for help, email info@dataninjamarketing.com, or call 917 719 1294. Opting out of text messages does not prevent you from using the website or requesting contact through another channel.
