Information we collect

When you use the LendingNinja intake, we may collect your name, work email, mobile phone number when provided, current role, company, state or market, the type of opportunity or conversation you are seeking, and any confidential note you choose to provide. We may also collect the page address, referral source, campaign parameters, submission time, and a receipt identifier.

When you use the DSCR Investor Ninja scenario intake, we may collect the financing purpose, business purpose and occupancy confirmations, property city, state, ZIP code and type, rental strategy, property value or purchase price, current or expected rent, requested financing, estimated existing payoff when applicable, planned borrowing entity, investment experience range, estimated credit range, desired timing, your name, email, optional phone number, and any note you choose to provide. The public scenario intake does not request a Social Security number, date of birth, bank credentials, tax returns, document upload, or credit authorization.

Our hosting and security providers may receive technical information such as an internet protocol address, browser type, device type, requested page, and access time in ordinary server and security logs. We do not use the intake to store a raw internet protocol address as part of the SMS consent record.

How we use information

We use submitted information to review your request, identify an appropriate professional opportunity, talent search, platform, strategic conversation, or responsible next question for a business purpose financing scenario, respond to you, maintain business records, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable obligations. Submitting an intake does not guarantee a match, placement, engagement, financing result, or response.

Text message choices

Text message consent is optional and is not a condition of submitting the form or purchasing any service. If you affirmatively check the text message box, we retain the consent language, date and time, receipt, and related evidence needed to honor and document your choice. You may reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Please review the SMS Terms.

Mobile information will not be sold or shared with third parties or affiliates for promotional or marketing purposes. We may use service providers only as needed to deliver, secure, and support communications or comply with law. Those providers may not use mobile information for their own promotional or marketing purposes.

Sharing and service providers

We may use vendors that provide website hosting, security, communications, scheduling, and business systems. We disclose only the information reasonably needed for those services. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a legitimate business transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

The public DSCR Investor Ninja form does not automatically submit your information to a lender. If you choose to continue after review, relevant information may be shared with an appropriate financing source as needed to evaluate the request and with appropriate permission.

Retention and security

We retain intake, consent, suppression, and ordinary business records for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including honoring opt outs, resolving disputes, security, and legal obligations. DataNinja uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no transmission or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may ask to access, correct, or delete information by emailing info@dataninjamarketing.com. Requests may require reasonable identity verification and may be limited by legal, security, suppression, or recordkeeping obligations.

External services

This website may link to scheduling, email, telephone, map, and other services. Those services operate under their own privacy notices. Fonts may be delivered by a third party content provider, which may receive technical request information needed to deliver that resource.

Changes

We may update this policy as the website and services change. The current version and update date will appear on this page.
